Well, PSU fans, it’s better than no bowl at all, but the payout will fall short of the $1.5 million of shared Big Ten bowl proceeds Penn State has committed to two charities that benefit abused youngsters. Penn State (9-3) will face Houston (12-1) in this square dance at the Texas State Fairgrounds — yahoo!
