In Casey Anthony civil case action, the emergency 8 AM hearing has come and gone. Yes, it was that quick, and it was all sidebar, so we don’t know what was said there, but the ultimate result will be a change in judges. Ms. Anthony was not present in the courtroom.
We do know the result. Judge Jose Rodriguez, who was assigned to this case, will be out of the picture just as quickly as he appeared in it. This case will be reassigned to another judge.
