No sooner do I finish my article about the Michigan State game, in which I said that the best we could do was maybe possibly perhaps finish #3, than #3 Miami goes and loses to Georgia Tech, 14–10. What’s more, Fresno State is beating #1 USC 21–13 at halftime. ????? ?????? While it’s still too early to tell about the latter game, the winds of fate might be making a liar out of me yet again.
